Game

We have now taken the first few deliveries of our venison from Charlecote Park near Stratford. Olly has already produced a range of ready meals using this, including a venison haunch pot roast. Perfect now that the autumn has finally decided to arrive.

We also have a stock of rabbits, pheasant and partridge, all supplied locally, and frozen by us to keep it at its best. Just pop in and ask.

Christmas

Sorry to bring this up so early, but as a butcher, we really need to plan for Christmas as soon as summer has ended. We have a seasonal leaflet available in the shop, with an order form attached. If you have any questions, just come and have a chat with us. If necessary, we'll help you to complete the form. We want to make sure that every one of our customers has the perfect christmas meal every time.

So many of you have come back to us with reports that "the turkey was the best free range bird we have ever eaten" that we have ordered all our birds from Temple Farm once again this year (we weren't planning on changing - if its working don't fix it!). Apart from supplying bronze grade golden promise turkeys from as small as 3kg they also supply us with the world renowned "Label Anglais" free range gourmet chickens.
