We have now opened our new catering kitchen and, by popular demand, pie and pasty production is increasing. If you see a lady in white passing through the shop, don't panic, it will be Karen dressed to bake!

Well, we knew they were excellent, and our customers seemed to agree, so we put our All Day breakfast sausage entry into a regional competition and won! See other news for more information.

Testing time....

We have recently been visited by Eblex, the beef and lamb executive. They wanted to check we came up to their high standards of quality and cleanliness, and, most importantly, that we could trace all of our meat back to source. Needless to say, we had no problems. We can name the farmers, their wives, children and pets. We even know which fields the animals were reared in!
