Local beef and lamb is supplied to us by Canal Farm, located just outside Nuneaton, less than ten miles from door to door.

Fred and Val White have run the farm for over three decades - rearing the very best quality hereford cattle and texel lambs. They are keen to use traditional methods of farming wherever possible, producing much of their own feed and using natural fertiliser instead of chemicals.

They also have several areas of special scientific interest where the countryside is left to develop naturally, providing a suitable habitat for rare flora and fauna.
